Ulekan celebrates Indonesian recipes passed down through generations, with the flavours each region is known for. The ulekan itself is the stone mortar and pestle at the centre of every Indonesian kitchen, used for sambal, for bumbu, and for most things worth eating.
Settle in for a long lunch, or wine and dine in the restaurant, perched among the clouds with the view running out to Lovina and beyond. Had a long day and feeling snacky? Our all-day Clove Bar dining menu has something for everyone… even if it is a little cheese or charcuterie board, or both!
Sink into a bar stool at happy hour before dinner. In the morning, breakfast can come to your cabin instead.
